Sometimes you go for it and it pays off.
Sometimes you go for it and it doesn’t.
Such is life and such is ski racing.
Today I went hard but made a few mistakes and it cost me. I won’t lie, I’m bummed, but it’s not the end of the world. I’ll be ready to rip for Super-G and whatever else lies ahead – hey the season goes beyond the Olympics and there’s still lots of racing to do.
Kudos to Erik for a good run. Big ups to Aksel – glad to see you with some silver brah!
Robbie keep your chin up bud – your day will come – and it’ll be sooner rather than later I’m sure.

YOU HAVE THE SAME BIRTHDAY AS ME!!
i love you manny!! i am a k2 ski racer and am ALWAYS cheering for you!

Hey Manny,
Bad luck today. I hope you weren’t hurt. Stay strong in your mind. As you say, there’s lots more racing to do.
Rooting for the cowboys in Toronto,
Robert
We’re cheering for you! Since I told my daughter that we’re related from farther in the bloodline (cousins from the Paradis side of the family) of course we’re watching your progress. No matter what, we’re proud that you’re there. My daughter, your little 11 year old “unknown cousin” if we may say, is all eyes for your performance! You make Canada proud Manuel!
bummer you didnt do to well in the downhill. you were doing amazing until your mistake. good luck in the super g!
